Unit 4 Drama

Production Management

• Small introduction between departments
• Budget allocation (If available)
• Deadlines for initial and final designs
• Petty cash information
• Gather contact information
• Confirm show dates/times/tech/dress
• Cast list – Will be emailed to Josh
• Contact sheet – will be done and sent out asap
• Rights to using youtube clips and films
• Try and get some hair and make-up students involved

Stage Management

• Have you attended rehearsals? – not yet
• Where and when are they? - it is on blackboard but will be emailed to Polly
• Do you have a copy of the script? - The article has been passed out during the meeting this is the closest we have to a script
• Have you started a provisional props list? – yes this has been given to the production team. Lots of medical equipment will be needed!  
• When will it be possible to have a Ground Plan? – 13th March Monday morning

Lighting

• Arrange a meeting with Vanessa to discuss ideas – Later today
• Dates for initial design & final design – to be decided in the next meeting
• Do you have a copy of a script? - yes
• Are you able to attend rehearsals? – will do, if not the ops will attend

Sound

• Arrange meeting with Vanessa to discuss ideas – after this meeting
• Do you have a copy of the script? - yes
• Dates for initial design & final design – to be decided in the next meeting
• Are you able to attend rehearsals? – as soon as possible will be in there
• Music that Henry listened to need to be sources – the good the bad and the ugly, spaghetti westerns. Films - The big sleep, Casablanca…

Set

• Have you arranged time in the scene dock for build? – not yet
• Do you have a copy of the script? - yes
• Are you able to attend rehearsals?
• Production are in charge of the design of the bar – Northbrook memory is the theme. Old programmes, films, designs…
• Taking away the theatrical element, making it look as realistic as possible – laboratory.                           Still in the brain observatory, but not with split audience anymore. Time line through Henry’s life. Each space will be seem in the view of Henry and the brain observatory.
